you can check the ping of all the players in your match via console, it should give u the answer u seek.
I'd rather not risk queuing while on 1k ping just to check my fellow players' pings, but I'd like to know what is that specific console command to do just that?
also, I just checked ping for league here in my country and it's turning up at 40 ping. I checked in speedtest.net and everything seems normal as well. http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4763946563
Same connection. Nope. CMD ping is at 70 and in game ping is 90-110 with no packet loss.
I cmd pinged sgp-1.valve.net and it gave me 900-1000 ping... but when I pinged sgp-2, gave me 70 as well... that's weird. also I just finished a game on my other account and I stomped with no problem as well... what exactly is sgp-1.valve.net?

I'm just using rental pc $.30/hr ouch cuz my cpu overheat like h3ll xD, btw SEA reborn ping 5-10 but i guess in the first engine its like the equivalent ping is 30-45.... and when reborn is laging it's only 40ping=150 ping in the First engine whahah.,. soreh bad eng'
