the other storm lvl 25 talent feels like a meme if u read it but its actually incredibly strong, especially in teamfights
storm talents were always a joke, 10% spell amp|0.75s w must have been the shittiest lv25 talent choices in the game
whys nobody adressing mirana having 9999 attackspeed and 3 force staffs on lv 15 btw

Of course anti mage is very strong, dark willow is insane and kaya storm and tinker are really strong and it's been working well in my games.
