No, not really a bug. It's the Token Ranked Challenge, you actually gain 100mmr or more per match if you win using Ranked Token Challenge, so it's possible to gain a medal like this.

@Kejora yes possible, even without BP because only one member of the team need to be activated the token.
i played the token ranked and it doesn't seems fair because i only lose 60(50+5+5)mmr when i lose 3 game and win 300 mmr from 2 game
