play a lot of normal games, and when yo uare confident you can win at least 15 normal skill games in a row, make a smurf and calibrate 3k. You probbly won't be able to climb it, at least fast enough.

i calibrated ranked matchmaking and got 1800 mmr. Now should i continue ranked or play lot of unranked to improve skills?
