Remove techies.

i ban myself cuz i did very stupid mistake my last sven game and cuz of it the team lost.

Cyryllic only avaible in Russian region (I'm not thinking about names, just what you can write on chat)
Remove half of the immortals and other cheap looking, flashing and gusting fancy steam items.
Rework LC (I like her ultimate from Wraith Night / Dark Moon)
Steam and/or Dota notifications avaible when chosen player/team is playing (I'm referring to watch tab in menu)
Make hero demo mode useful (I don't even want to go over what's to change)
Give players ways to cheer their teams, for free (profile banner ? player cards for everyone ?)
Rework Dota Reborn main menu chat (pretty sure everyone hates it)
Introduce more art for the game (more hero release graphics at least)
Slight difference in look for dire and radiant neutrals (simple stuff like skin tone, tattoos, scars, some necklaces)
Even more voice lines for heroes, at least for new ones
More all chat wheel lines (new meta), maybe with up to 1 use before slow-mode
Mute indicator (you should see if you're muted by someone)
Remove prismatic gems - items that interact with them would simply get free styles instead
More than 3 slots to show on your profile
MMR would be paired with what top% of all players (maybe in your region) you're in
More music (in the classic set)
More hero cosmetics slots (Some heroes don't have legs in slots and I would even like to have different option for right/left arm/leg)
Less regional chats so people wouldn't be split
Remove advertisments from regional chats. Somehow

Make 2K players only queue into 4K + players for like a day. Maybe then they'd realize how shit they actually are

(As in 1 team is only 2K and 1 team is only 4K)

I would bring back 25 random heroes banned from Ranked All Pick.

Qop is not high skill cap hero,all the heroes with low winrates mostly are,so i would buff her move her wr about 50%, that fact she is sitting on 44% wr and zeus and other ez to play heroes above 55% is disgusting

Buff techies

1. Remove techies.
2. Add a neutral creep in jungle which spawns only every 5 mins and killing it would give 1000 gold. Just to see teams fighting for it.

Lowering the calibration cap to 3k flat

Queueing 2k players into 4k players doesn't help cuz 4k is full of 2k acc buyers. So you would have 2k vs 2k games.

mac address and phone address ban the 3 players with lowest hero dmg/heal/KDA/GPM over 3 matches

region lock, then add in automatic low prio for any players with a negative KDA for more than 4 matches in a row.

I like blurry's suggestions. Also some crap tier heroes that have low winrate with pros and pubs need reworking.. qop, np, enchantress. There are many other but that's just a few to name..

I'd create 50 accounts and give them all 10k mmr so that i can see how long it will take me to lower them all to 2k

ban all ppl who say that all russian suck, all x suck, x is the reason why i lose mmr or y is why i cant climb
