i'd say the bolt stun's better in 90% of cases, it's really good since it also carries over to the nimbus bolt

We just released an updated hero and facet statistics page featuring more data and advanced filters. Oh, and it supports Turbo!
on paper arc damage looks way better, the bolt stun has a higher winrate though
i cant imagine not having the ability to increase arc damage by 50%, you depush insanely fast and in teamfights its >200 damage aoe on a 1.6s cd
thoughts?
