+3+3+3. But I honestly do believe this would be a great way for people to learn new heroes and for good builds to spread.
+over9000 ! Even better if a minimum number of games is set to get on the list
e.g. pudge 25 games to qualify
Good idea, though I think you need to include the skill level first as conceivably a low-skill could out-rank a high skill? Just a thought.
As I keep looking for more replays and builds, I really want this to happen. Minimum of 50 games as that hero, with highest win %. I think it'll be great for the community.

top winrates + kda's on specific heroes GOGOGO. And maybe even 50 or 100 games to qualify
Holy shit Typhox play someone else! You're win percentage with Outworld is only 50.83!
+1. Support the idea.
It would be great to sort players by WR for specific hero, AND have a filter by the number of games played.
i think its there now, but not on dotabuff, but on dota 2 client itself, there is a community tab, there u find best pudge, best farmer, etc..
It would be better to have it on this though + for every hero
as Valve has only implemented it for a few, and in particuarly a few that I don't really care about
They're just some flashy carries ._.
@AJ Riddle,
and? 50% on OD seems to be quite high, considering that he is the hero with the 5th lowest winrate in the game.
Although it's the Matchmaking that causes it to be 50%, not really me.
@JoBoDo "as Valve has only implemented it for a few, and in particuarly a few that I don't really care about"
Was this mentioned anywhere in the patch notes? always wondering why there arent other heroes in the list or what makes the current choice of players so special.

It would be really interesting to see a list of who has the most wins (or GPM/XPM) with specific heroes. You would click on the hero page for example pudge, and could see who all of the best pudge players were. That way you could go back and watch their games to learn how to play a specific hero better and get ideas from them.
