It's because Dotabuff counts in games where a person from the game has left early, but in normal "Dota" these games will not count in the statistics, its just a mistake from the system because Valve does not provide the information for Dotabuff so that they can see it.
So basically the 366-386 record is with all games where a person have left, even tho no statistics have been saved from the game.
"There is no way for us to be 100% sure if a game counted or not (if it had an abandon in it), because Valve doesn't give that info. The method we use is only 99% accurate, so small differences can occur."
