Not a bug... just dotabuff is now on VALVE API and since most profiles are now private - they can't calculate your skill... so basically you can only check your win/loss rate - nothing more... Until they solve it with valve (highly unlikely) this will be the situation ...No more DBR - it was nice while it lasted... Also IDK what is valve's problem on estimating skill lvls... Apparently there is a reason they don't want us to be able to see it ... Or they want to release it later with their scale - IDK ... That's all i know ... MB someone from DOTABUFF staff will make it more clear regarding the situation ...
Are you 100% sure that DBR is not working as of now?
EDIT: Just noticed that DBR can only be updated if all players activate the 3rd party share...
So it really is broken as of now... :'(
