the reports system is useless. there is no "ban". the more ppl report you the longer you will be low priority. it doesnt matter why ppl report you. so if 4 russians in your team dont like you, and report you, youll get low priority no matter what. game wont be observed or sth. by steam. best thing to do is: dont argue or talk with ur team if they suck. i just mute every russian or flamer immediatly and i never got low priority since i do that.
You are right. The report system is not so smart. Anyone can abuse this system. I report noobs in the 1-st minute of the game fo bad last pick (picking mortred in in team, where enough carry etc), for spoiling line (I play hard line solo frequently and many times fucken noobs spoil it). In my opinion the number of reports should be limited, as well as rights to give them. For example players with WR < 50% should have less possibilities to give reports (only for blaming or being rude).
thats not such a smart idea. so ppl > 50% could abuse that feature. there is the way of creating a tribunal like in league of lesbians... legends* so many ppl can vote for a punishment or not. or the staff of valve needs to observe every reported game like in good old dotaleague. i guess there is no other way. at least in my opinion.
