Umm.. It clearly says highest win rate. And it's clearly sorted by such... There's probably a minimum games requirement set at 200 as well.
^^I'm sry you don't have Plus and/or dont have any idea what I am talking about.
Hopefully staff will explain this when they have time.

How are the current player ranking determined in Plus? It says they use DBR, KDA, Win%, and # of games on the hero. If DBR is not updating how is this possible or is something else used to determine the value of the games played with that hero?
