theres a lot of heros that can kill pls illusions right away.. part of dota is picking the right team to defend your ancients

I can agree that there is always some kind of hero combination to defeat the enemy team.
I think that the bigger problems is how limited the hero choice is for that concept. Because right now you just have tens of heroes who aren't played by anyone because they don't seem to have a place in the meta. This bugs me because I enjoy quirky heroes, and heroes with strange concepts.
Slardar, Huskar, Bloodseeker, and Razor... maybe a couple other heroes.
It's just that Gyrocopter, Magnus and other top tier heroes getting picked all time gets boring. Why does PL have to be the big shot carry? Why can't another hero have a mechanic that causes so much game impact?
Phantom Lancer needs a buff, not a nerf... I always feel sorry for the opposing team if they pick PL. Just learn to play and you will be fine.
However, he is indead an annoying hero, maybe even THE MOST annoying hero. I'll give you that.
OD, Bat, both can't do shit to him, and ES must get a perfect ult to kill him, or his is completely dead, I mean at late game stages

the problem is not the illusion damage but the survivability of it, make them take 500% damage.
