Mostly the people that look for teams and been successful in doing so are either from US or EURO. Try reddit dota, I posted there but no luck for me and I'm in Australia. But hey I play SEA before they added servers other than SEA,US,EURO
Plus with what I can see from your records.. I'd say you're far away from looking for a team. Maybe gain more experience by solo flight and playing with friends to have better team fighting decisions. I honestly am decent but I still have heaps to learn.

I currently looking for a team to play with due to fed-up with lack of cooperative with random player. I started play Dota since ver 5.84c
