Lux, the client may be taking into account games that dotabuff doesn't. The accuracy of both is marginally off and 10 games is not worth the whine.
In short nothing can be done to "fix" it so just live with the errors.

On Dotabuff its says my record is 399/373, but my actual ingame record is 409/370. It feels like the difference keeps getting bigger. I just wanted to know if theres something that could be done about that.
