You know what the similarities are? They are all offlaners. This is your key to winning games. Stop supporting dumbasses in solo queue. Stop carrying like a fucktard or getting dicked on by jackass supports. Go in that offlane and do things the offlane way with ganks and roams and farm.
You could have answered your own question. I pulled up from -80 games a year ago I think you should be ok with -5.

Ye, I used to go often as an offlaner, than I got tired of it and tried something else. I'll return to them, especially Bh. I kinda like the Yolo mode with him.
You can try this method: if you win, play another game; if you lose, don't play until next day. It might work. Good luck!

if youre the carry and you buy wards, sentries, dust, etc every 5 mins, you will never get items.
The only way to really improve winrate is to 4-5 stack with decent players. (somtimes that 1 random person really tanks though.. 5 is best)
Looking back there are very few games I've lost where the two teams were good and the other side had a bit better play and won.. almost all were we got an r tard or two that do nothing all game and feed.

Am I just bad? Nowadays I'm playing Ability draft to take a little pause and have fun, but it's since long ago that I try to get that 50% and I manage to be 3 matches away from it. Then I start losing.... I'm in the potato bracket, obviously. Even if I think that I've improved a little lately.
