He can just create new accounts. Dota2lounge probably has hundreds of accounts.

i thought average mmr was suppose to be like 2.5-3k D: or is there just alot more high ranks then low ranks on this site average on this site is close to 4k :O

^Why wouldnt it be safe? You log in through steam, without giving them your login information (same as dotabuff or dota-trade or any other site), and the bot cant steal from you or anything, its just on your friendlist, anyone can be on your friend list.
I dont think Valve would just ban you for having a bot on your list, not without warning before that, enough people registered already, so they wont do it. What else?

it will be more legit, if it also track the progress of other people mmr using the sign up and down.

out of 7 million unique dota accounts this month... looks like less than 1000 have signed up.

Top heavy is an understatement, and it will never be accurate regarding averages, but it is an interesting metric for the average MMR of players interested in sharing their MMR.

This website is opt in only, so you need to go through a registration process for your stats to be recorded. Only 1000+ have signed up.

On the other hand 7 million different accounts play Dota as shown in game.

Hey on the MMR tracker can you do it weekly or monthly isntead of decade long, I don't think that's a right graph.

I played against Patsoul and the osiris group a few times. They seemed good but not that good 7000 rating is massive.
