"brazilian monkeys are very useless" I am pretty sure I can find multiple players who's stats disagree with this statement.
Race has very little to do with the loses you get and like Zenoth rightfully said, blaming others is the 1st step to plateauing, and if you aren't moving forward your going back. I feel it would also pay to note that you are 41% win rate on a smurf account and also 3k MMR which I didn't even think was possible. You first game was a massive stomp for you and the game picked up that you were not a new player and put you into what it perceived as the best skill level for you and this is when the losses started.
Having looked through a number of your games I can see the following trend.
1. You seem to farm a lot while your team are getting stomped, at the 3k bracket I don't believe this was farm gotten at the right times and I am leaning towards split pushing and farming while your team take the hit for you and then you quite possible blame them for the loss.
2. You seem to always pick the most high impact roles and then do nothing with them which leaves your team massively lack luster and instead of turning your farm into something better you seem to just turn it into more farm. Did you ever consider that the problem is that you can't play mid effectively? Going mid doesn't mean farming and ignoring your team and then saying "I won mid, look how many last hits I have", this is not winning mid.
3. You build items all the time that benefit you and you alone, nothing that would potentially help your team. This being said you also pick very single target heroes and right clickers who have very little effect if the enemy have any kind of AOE or lockdown.
Here are my suggestions...
1. Pick more offlane heroes as this suits your playstyle more, don't support at all as you're too greedy and will let your team down.
2. Stop going mid altogether, you don't have a high enough impact (please no more SF)
3. Focus on the needs of the team over the needs of yourself, this ensures wins even if your stats don't look so great.
4. No midas' and slow farming items, capitalize on your advantage by building items that escalate your impact.
Fun fact there are 20 Brazilians (maybe more) on the Americas Toplist that's 10% of the list which is quite a bit percentage if you take into account what "useless monkeys" they are.
PLAY WHAT YOUR FUCKING GOOD AT AND DONT TRY NEW SHIT. IF U EVEN HAVE AN IOTA OF SKILL WITH ANY ONE HERO AND U PLAY THAT HERO AN UMPTEEN BILLION TIMES U WILL HOPEFULLY WIN AT LEAST 51% OF UR GAMES AND GAIN MMR.

Dude, I will tell you a secret: there are EXACTLY the same retards playing against you as the ones playing with you. Forced 50%, ya know.
As a 3k mmr nab, I can confirm the enemy usually has a lot of retards, sometimes more than my own team.
The carries almost always go after supports because they are easy kill, instead of ruining the enemy's carry even after the support casted their ultimate whatsoever, they will feed on safelane 1v1 after i score 2 kills for them, follow the enemy to their t3 tower to get a kill (and die, ofcourse) and the most important of all: They go in solo and proceed to feed lategame, resulting in loss.
Supports also, don't put smart wards, they always ward the rune area and that's it. They (and I) miss skillshots alot, and feed enemy left and right. Also They (and I) don't harass enemy carry in lane which means the carry can get last hits very easily.
I was flamed at because i got gem at min 15, because enemy had rikimaru, Although i lost it after a team fight, we won that game because riki was shut down early.
Taking advantage of this situation is very easy for a non-braindead player. It is very easy to win games by picking a ganker and just kill the enemy left and right because they don't play like a team always go alone.
So, my suggestion would be, pick huskar, nyx, puck, clinkz or viper. Go mid, get level 6 fast and face roll on enemy to win. It's very easy
These heroes work very well on low rated games.
As for me, i still suck at supporting so i'm gonna play with noobs until i become better

you only have 50% chance to win only and if only you are where you should be, so no complaints there.. if you are better than you are, you'll raise, doesnt matter if its 100 or 200 MMR, but you will
if you are slightly better than the players you play with, you should be around 52% solo WR, thats for sure.. doesnt matter how many "useless monkeys" there are on your team, the other team is full of them aswell, so its your fault if you cant capitalize on their mistakes like they do with you
thats all you need to know, also you can't improve others' game, the only person you can make play better is yourself, so its pointless blaming it all on your team when im pretty sure there are lots and lots of failures that you do. but the thing is dota has a variety of skill, and people just pay attention to the ones they are good at, like, if you are good at last hitting, you'll focus on how bad the useless monkeys are because they can't even last hit properly, at the same time you are in a bad position, and the player who is not good at last hit but have good awareness will think that you are a useless monkey that can't even position yourself in a good place, and the shit goes on and on
if you do not win, then its your fault. and dont come with bullshit like "okay so if i go 30/0 and my team lose the game is it still my fault?" OFC it is because if you can't win a game where you are 30/0, then its YOUR FAULT. you are outfarming, outlvling everyone out there, you are surviving fights (cuz you're /0 duh) and still you are not winning the game, so its entirely your fault, no doubts about it
if you are getting fed and still you don't win, then you have made any mistake that made you lose, simple as that

Hello yesterday i make a topic requesting help for tips in ranked games, i recieve some tips and resulted useful, even win a few games, but apparently it was just good luck, recently i lose 4 continuous games thanks to brazilian , its imposible play with this people. in the past I played hon and the same problem the brazilians ruins the game.
some SOUTH AMERICA server player have a tip? only south america players please :)
