Usually if the person doesnt get exp for 5 min he is out of the game, and if there was no first blood in those 5 min the game should not count.
If no one disconects before first blood game counts.

How can you improve ur mmr when you got these kind of games where someone pick an hard carry (anti-mage) afk the whole first 5mn of the game and then come lvl 1 and feed the whole team. Plus insult us for pointing his bad behavior. I always have these kind of retard in my team, never had in the opponents team.
