50th position has a 68% win rate

There is no minimum win rate as far as I know. There are people that have 50+ WR but are at the top (based on screen shots before).

In order to get in the list (based on a post here before), you have to have had a dotabuff rating (placed and removed here around 1+ years ago). If you don't have that, you can't be on the list.

Also, if you don't have it high enough, you can't be on the list.

And all of the above on top of playing the hero well lol

you just need to play in really high ranked games and not on some low 4k trash mmr
