@Dorkly IP bans are usually over a range of IP's so could effect users in his area.
There was some suggestions made by a mod but here is my suggestion......you have to have match sharing enabled to post here AND have a minimum amount of games. This covers two aspects.
1. Most ego trolls have match sharing off...no sharing, no post.
2. Don't want to share stats for ego reasons so you make another account? You have to have a minmum of X games to post here. It makes people work for the privilege of posting here.
No, I honestly just enjoy having different accounts and I didn't buy any of them. The amount of accounts I have with 100+ games would make you feel disgusted. I never said I was amazing at the game, and I never said I was 5-6k you guys just assume who I am and put words in my mouth. Also, I've seen 5k players with 46% winrate, what you do with your account is what you do with your account. Hence why I have accounts for different things :P
It's simple. If you somehow started low in matchmaking compared to your skill (even before ranked came in), then you obviously won a lot more games that you lost, which means you probably have high winrate. Some guys just plain out started higher and are where they should be which means they have winrate around 50%.

im just proving that winrate has nothing to do with mmr. klasynky eu #1 7200 has %53 winrate and elo hell doesnt exist.
