PL has never been good in pub games.

Slark seems to have become more popular, indirectly raising the popularity of his counterpick; bloodseeker. Void seems to feel really strong in pubs nowadays as well. These 3 will win you more games in pubs than other carries though they necessarily might not be the strongest (they just punish pubs for bad play).

Juggernaut is with this patch, as with previous patches, still a safe bet in pubs.

another good carry,surprisingly is sven. Seriously the new armor buffs (doom lol still 0 armor) are making him a very good laner.

PL not good cuz you need to be 4 slotted at least.

Not ezy when teammates don't give you space to farm. (dickhead support autoattack pushing everylane)
Not ezy when your teammates dk how to play 4v5 (feeding the enemy nonstop then starts to blame you)

Hard to get a high win rate on him I feel, unless you're really, really good on him.

Just had an omniknight who basically just stay at the very back of team fight and cast ulti with aghanim and refresher
when the opponent picked WD + Void combo, their butt raped big time

mmm i dont know man i dont think pl is that hard, you need a bit of space but you could say that about all carries

I would pick PL all day if there's no direct counterpicks in enemy team.

He just needs soooooooo many items.

Like a Naix with phase/drums or a Luna with BKB becomes devastating already but a PL needs that Radiance/Heart/Diffusal/Bfly. Though if the opposing heroes have no AoE then they're fucked when you reach that stage.

Manta + Diffusal and he already will kill almost anyone in one-on-one battle, and when you get these items those one-on-ones will still happen.

Those PL movement speed though.
Eventhough you max his escape mechanism early i don't think he can escape like what spectre does

Holy shit dude PL does not need all that to be effective. Just diffusal and boots and he can 1v1 a lot of heroes. Or you just rat doto til you get the other items. PL is fine if other team won't counter you.

Luna has no escape and is squishy, she's definitely not better than pl, most people find her easier to play.

PL was really good when he still had like 35% illusion damage and shit
