Meaning you have those items doesn't mean you'll be able to end the game though. However it does give good earlygame potentional, but is it optimal for how your hero works? Probably not.

Seriously. Do you ever see cases where this would work out ok? I had a game against a Void yesterday and he went armlet and it worked out quite nicely for him (had good early game potential)
