he prob got 3 level from a huge fight then skilled ulti first
using the brain usually helps
I think your theory is right. he probably won a teamfight, killed a few heroes and went from lv 14 - 16 instantly.

so i was looking through my friend games and saw puck lvl ulti at 6,11 and 14?
Welll it is possible that he add that when u level up 3 times and add ulti first but i think this can be fixed.
