Serious? What are you trying to buy? The only thing I know that can prevent you from buying is when you have not activated your steam wallet/you activated it but you have to wait 30 days
I'm trying to buy the Puck immortal before the prices go up but I can't buy it. I have 3$ left in my old account and I can't use it.
