None of us played exceptionally well, (I mean how could we? I'm fairly certain their picks were much better than ours) and all of our lanes were at a disadvantage.

Dire safelane - ES/morph vs Slark/phoenix

Dire midlane - DK vs Invoker

Dire hardlane - Cent vs BS/SK (jungle/roam)

Dire jungle - Ursa

Now, again, just looking at these lanes, I'm getting the feeling that even if we rotated, we would still be at a disadvantage :/
Having 4 melee VS slark/invoker/bs isn't ideal, nor is having one of those melee heroes being the only support. Or am I wrong...

Anyhow, I gave cent a sentry ward, but he demanded an obs instead. So I didn't give him one. (:
Would giving him an obs ward be a better alternative than the sentry? I often find that more than half the time, the obs ward in a hardlane gets dewarded... so I don't really like risking a waste of 150 gold plus stock recharge time.

So we're in lane, creeps meet for the first time, I wait til :30 to pass the pull camp. I notice I can't zone this lane at all, and even if I try, I'll get harassed/jumped on easily. So I go stack. I decide not to pull, since morph was taking a decent amount of hits, and there was still a big wave.

I noticed phoenix dropped his ward somewhere as he ran up to my pull camp, dropped a sentry, wasn't there.
Dropped another sentry above the hard camp, and it was there.
The biggest pain in the ass was not being able to do a god damn thing about it.
I FELT SO HELPLESS.

So no, I'm not blaming anyone, but rather, asking, "what do you do in a defeated situation?".
