Not a fan of BS on ES, you could go shivas, euls, or hex for mana, though either way enemy team had way too much magic resist and immunity for you to be of much use in teamfights.
Your teammates sure do like dagon though...

I feel like I've more or less grasped the laning phase of ES in this game but things get harder mid game when I have to start managing my remnant charges. Regarding my item choices, I honestly think stuff like forcestaff/blademail/veil might be good but I often seem to forget them in the midst of spamming ES's abilities. Hence I opted for plain tanky items so I could focus on utilizing the hero to its maximum.
Would it have been possible for me to carry my team had I performed better?
