Anyway, I don't really recommend searching for a stack on dotabuff of all places. Check the Reddit or Gosugamers subforums.
Happened yesterday:
Some random "team" were looking for 2 players with 4k+ mmr for ranked party.

MMR: Weaver 4900, Ursa 4700, rest were 3900, 3300, 3100
I dont discriminate people by their MMRs since my frined list has averagely 3500, so i'm used to play mostly with 3k-4k, but i highly doubt teaming with such a big gap would end up well. If you want to be part of a team, the mmr differences should be in range of 500-800.

don't look for a 4k team.
also, if you like supporting, i suggest you play the support you claim to like playing. Seems to me your top played is far from it.

Just that your favorite heroes aren't support, so how will anyone trust that you can play them?
Well to be fair even if he was to get accepted into a team he would need to work really hard on his supports as I see no indication of him being a support player even though pub games aren't an accurate representation of hero experience it should at least show some competency. For example, I play support, some offlane, and jungle in both pubs and teams and if I was looking for a team my stats would accurately represent this.
In my experience if all goes well most 3k players are ok and will play to an acceptable level, it's when everything goes wrong that they fall apart and don't know how to deal with their shit and just end up feeding constantly. Shit happens but if you want to play outside your league you need to improve.
I just started off playing random characters that looked cool for me and when i started playing ranked i played more people i could carry with just so i wouldn't end up with a bad MMR :S now the top heroes are only there because i personally like them (i'm far from good with them). when it comes to most games were i play with a Reliable person (most of the time my friends who i drag into playing with me) i support them because i can trust in our communication at least and that i won't have any boundaries such as language. I really do like to support and its just that i have No dedicated people to play with really. Its really hard for me as a player to support someone who docen't speak your language or just dosen't talk at all and thank you all for your thoughts :( [even though some were hurtful ;( ]

i like to actually support in this game believe it or not (cm,es,vs,rubik,mirana) ! i m currently at 3.2k MMR and willing to still learn from higher MMR players! i really want to look for a dedicated group a players (english speakers) to party rank with and possibly make a team were people will put their time into the team! Preferably i would like to play with 4k+ players as i believe i am capable of playing in that skill level :)
