blademail doesnt reflect blademail damage
if you dagon 5 nyx's carapace with blademail on, nyx also takes the dagon damage but you get stunned
because the lore has nothing to do with balance
1) Like wink said, it doesnt reflect blademail dmg. (It used to, wayyyy back in dota1 iirc, not 100% sure, attacking some1 with a blademail on while you had it on too would kill both heros. It obviously was fixed.)
2) Nyx wont recive "double" the damage.. Carapace will reflect the dagon damage back to the person who used it, and stun them. The blademail will reflect the carapace damage (in this case, dagon5s dmg) and nyx will take the reflected damage.
tl;dr, Both Nyx and the person who used dagon5 will take the dagon dmg, but the caster will also be stunned.

I can answer to the third one. In league of lesbians they have a hero that according to the lore can destroy the entire universe with one snap of a finger(or so i heard). Guess what: support. I'll tell you what, supports are op.

if you had 2 heroes with blademail on opposing sides and you had one of them dagon each other while blademail was on, would u get an endless loop
if you had a hero on blademail and dagon 5 a nyx, would the nyx receive double the damage
earthshaker is a god and aa is the most powerful being in existence so why are they both supports
