LC is kind of a weak hero, imho. All she offers in teamfights is a long disable, nothing else. She might be picked as a 4 position because of her jungling capabilities, disable and late carry potential.
As for ES, he's pretty broken, but I doubt we see him much in the pro scene because of his extremely high skill floor.
I think we will see Phoenix played a lot in the pro scene.
Only real nerf he actually got was the stone CD and the fact that you can't stun people without using a stone anymore. Obviously initiating also got harder, but that should be no problem for a pro player.
would it be an offlane es or something cause i feel like support es is just underwhelming
also for legion hes a super strong offlane hero in addition to mid, super high base ms, q gives reasonable long range last hitting/movement speed buff, w gives even more ehp and hes hella tanky at level 1. give him a stout shield and theres no way hes dying.
I do think ES in pro play is mid or off lane since the sooner he can 6 the sooner he can affect the team play.
