The issue is not the research paper, it is the content in the thread. Having a discussion suggesting certain races are superior is not appropriate for this forum.

the paper had nothing to do with races being superior just some random person in the thread posted it. Common sense would dictate that you can just delete the one post

I choose to lock the thread because these forums have a very very very poor track record with having racial discussion threads not blow up into racism. Since that thread had already crossed the line it was locked.
