Any zowie mouse or deathadder as mentioned above. One of the few mice without any negative accel sensor. I'm sure there's more but I know that coming from arena shooters the Zowie and Deathadder are the ones most used in those games. You see pros in dota using steelseries mice ridden with accel so there's something to be said about not needing the most precise mouse playing dota so you should get what's most comfortable.
TL;DR
Just a mouse that's comfortable. Any gaming mouse on the market has a sensor good enough for dota, as you don't really need 100% perfect tracking to be at the top of the game.
Logitech and Razer are good mice for a low price. I have heard that wireless mice are slower. Not sure if this is true.

No point going overkill on stuff like the Ouroboros, the additional benefit you get is close to none for an additional 80 dollars.
Wireless sucks ass, never buy it. I would go for Razer DeathAdder or MX518.
i have a razer giga cybernetik gaming ultra mouse, it has 90 buttons on the left side which is amazing for dota

Logitech g400s is pretty good, and you can probably get it for less than 50$ if you do some research.

Since is my first mice with more than 3 buttons, I don't really want to spend a lot of ca$h cause I don't see much point in 52312e23 buttons, and I'm on a budget.
