1. Step one - Win some games by hard work and dedication. Try your best, carry 3k-ish asses to the victory with your best-hero(my case SF)
2. Step two - Win some more games by playing rat riki or ES.
3. Step Three - be lucky becase you'll have at least 3.9k by now, and start thinking you're never coming back to sub3k-middle 3k.
4. Step 4 - Start losing some games(it's noting you can do about, if you're not 6k rated player)
5. Step five - start playing on TILT, because that's what's Dota 2 all about!

i think mine longest was 10. and like in 25 games won 3 or smth like that. so yeah, know the feeling oh too well.
It's just about additude. And playin' on tilt rly helps losing the games.
Whatever, I'm not mad and I think I've learned something, that's important.

and yeah, the more you are trying to put an end to it by massing games, the worse it gets. if possible, stop playing for a day.
Sometimes when you lose too much you start a new game thinking "I GOT to win now, lost so many so i deserve it, right?" and you dont take the game serious enough and you lose another one because of your attitude that you DESERVE that win
