no. its awful. skadi + mjol achieves nothing, a hex and orchid can really mess with both slark and jugg, especially if you had a dagger too.
for exort you want to go 4-4 for double spirits and then put a point in wex. From there you can either finish maxing exort, but IMO wex is just far too important to ignore at this point in the game. I still think that QW is by far the best build at the moment
