Thats probably the issue of steam servers. When it states that "mmr wont be updated after this match due to poor network connection", it means that steam laggs itself, not u or other players.
You know you're DDOS'ed when in a game, someones goes AFK, then you feel network lag and issues. The next few games. You dc or have too much network traffic. You get dc and crap, but it only happens when playing dota 2 and it your internet hardly ever goes down.

48 minutes into game, 3 people disconnect and game says poor network detections have been detected, no MMR will be updated.
