It definitely works with Eul's, so I'd guess that it's possible with Manta as well.

yeah u can specially laguna it's quite easy imo, not 100% sure about finger

manta makes you unkillable for 0.1 sec

You're involnurable for 0.1sec during manta. It's pretty hard to dodge, but u can.

yeah you can. they have a projectile of sorts.
you pretty much have to precast it vs those spells.

It's actually pretty easy to dodge Laguna since it takes 0.25 seconds for it to do its damage

You have to time that 0.1 seconds. Those are not projectiles and can not be disjointed, but can be nullified if you are invulnerable when it is supposed to do damage.

If you pop it right before they cast will it cancel their cast and make them lose target?

I did it with laguna blade, but i think its imposible with the finger it has 0.01 cast animation i think

both lina and lion ult can be dodged. basic mechanics that ppl should just know within year and half of dota.

the cast animation of zip is longer than the delay of laguna, he literally sees the animation of laguna cast and zips to dodges it
