IDK HOW TO TEACH HIM

My friend Chris and I got into dota 2 together about a year and a half ago. I already had about 700 games, while he just started. Personally, don't be strict with him, and just tell him to play a fun hero like lina or CM. Stay to limited hero pool, and just have fun with your friend.

Be warned, if he asked for a carry hero, don't let him pick something complex to him. I let him play BH and he used his Q to farm the creep wave.

HE WANTS TO PLAY CARRY WHAT ARE EASY CARRY HEROES BESIDES JUGGY??

Have him play axe the jungle is too easy.

sniper, luna, troll, wraith king, drow ranger, sven, lifestealer
(it applies to low skill brackets ofc, otherwise it would not be true at all)

LOL let him play initiator to increase his dota sense a lot, then he will be raging at noob carries and play carry better due to the failure of his carry in using his initation and raging at his supports for not following up stuns and play better support.

Oh also let him play SF so he could increase his map awareness and for him to know when to fight and when not to. (also for last hitting skills and razes are premature training for skill shots)

teach him 2-3 heroes and play with bots only. i recommend axe/lich/cent. those are noob friendly

LOL he actually did ok surprisingly in a very high skill game even though its his 3rd game. He was playing jugg i was lion.

Although not sure why it was VH, that was my first game on the account and i chose "beginner" while his previous game stats were quite awful. But we also queued with storm who is ~4k. Still not sure why it was VH if both my and jugg's mmr is like 1k.

How does smurf detection work if its my first game? I click newbie and first game is very high wtf? And also how to clift jungle furion while afk? You have to attack every minute :(

Dont lie he only played 3 games of Dota, cause he did waaay too good for new player.

some ppl come to dota from other MOBA games, and they cant be considered newbies even thoughh they never played this particular game. May be thats the case here.
