It's actually kinda hard. I think I only ever had 4 rampages, and thats with Sven, Bloodseeker, Razor and Nyx.

getting rapmage with tiny pa or ursa is prutty easy
wd is kinda hard cuz u need to micro that ulti and have retarded enemy to stay in ur ult XD

You get rampage when your team is weak. Or if the opponents are weak.
