idk, what does bloodstone offer that is so important to rush?
unless you get many charges i dont see how bloodstone is better than shivas per say.
Bloodstone gives you the mana pool/regen to level rearm at 16 and fight. The build itself is VERY situational. Whenever I go bloodstone build I get it straight after blink. I know some pros who do the same and some who get dagon 1 and then bloodstone. It's up to you how you want to do it.

Do u still go Bloodstone as first big item ? I think I kinda struggle with his item progression. I always go bloodstone into dagon 5 (sometimes getting bots 2 after bloodstone if we have a big lead) then Hex. I discovered that new Scepter is quite amazing on him (esp. vs Phantom Lancer & in 6.84 u 5v5 a lot), so should I get Scepter before Bloodstone ? What do u think ? How to itemize him ?
