Yeah. You have to manually cancel it afterwards.
There most likely was information when you paid, I've had plus on and off for maybe 2 years and there's always been information for me.
Is anyone else's Dotabuff Plus not analyzing (just giving the "!" error) for the past few days? Is Steam having issues?
Maybe steam issues, maybe issues with their replay parsing, but something's going on atm.
Go to your bank and say that you want to cancel the transactions. Bank will block the charges and dotabuff wont be able to charge you. They will have to contact you about whather you wanna still be a plus member or not.
ive had dotabuff + for about 6-7 months and it's always been clear that it's a subscription service that you have to cancel

So, i purchased Dotabuff plus on one of my smurfs few months ago (dont even remember account details) and there wasnt any f**** information that you will charge me each month!!!
Now i cant even cancel me and support dont answer to email
