I havent buy compendium or sell/buy items yet, so i dont have steam wallet nor any experience with this. Is there an easy way to activate it withouth putting money through Visa/Maestro/Paypal on it, maybe selling some items through some pages, getting money on wallet and then buy compendium? Any advice is welcomed since i'm just too tired to search through all the info on the internet.
there are trading sites around but you're probably expected to "overpay" if you're paying in items, because that person then has to take the time to sell the item(s).
how come you can't just sell the $10 item on the steam market?

So, it is possible that i trade an item worth 10$ or sth and someone grants me a compendium as a gitf? What's the easiest way to do that withouth any money or steam wallet?
