Ive been watching rtzs games and he always go bottle>boots>soulring>travel>blink.
Then from this staple build you can do pretty much anything basic like ratting and joining teamfights. After these items you gotta think what you need the most. Disable? Go sheep. Burst? Go dagon>etheral. Hp and overall annoyance? Bloodstone.
Dota is full of possibilities.
hmm sorry u guys didnt get the point, those items are the basic tinker items they dont change patch to patch, i am just asking what is most effective after that in this patch, previously when EB was not a projectile you just went dagon 5 EB and you could kill people in a second, this build nowadays its not really working for me.
I am just going bloodstone lately and yeah its fine but you cant really create space without dagon, people dont fear you. I am thinking maybe dagon 1 and bloodstone after ( or sheep ) might be a good idea.
After the bots and blink, it's either blood stone or sheep. Bloodstone if you're like 2-0 1-0 etc.. but if your team is behind yet you're not , get sheep to help

The most standard build currently is boots-soulring-bots-blink-bloodstone. Then u go either for dagon 1/2/3-sheep or sheep or dagon 5-sheep/elbade. Scepter is very good vs illusion heroes, because u have AOE Blind.
Bloodstone build from what I've noticed gives u actually more than Dagon 3 in fights in most cases, coz ur pretty tanky, can get lvl 3 ultimate & have more mana to spam rockets+march. You have very small solo kill potential, but in team fights you're doing a lot with it imo. It also accelerates your farming speed.
Bottle -> Boots -> Soul Ring/BoTs -> Blink -> Bloodstone/Dagon/Sheep/Shivas
Glimmer Cape can be picked up before blink even
Ghost/Eul/Force can be taken before your first major pick up
Bloodstone is honestly one of the best items on tinker and I highly recommend picking it up as soon as possible
You generally want at least 2 big items or 1 big + 1 small item before picking up BKB
