You still need fast reaction times and good mechanical skills to play the game well though.

valve employees took over the wc3 mod and collectively used icefrog as their handle. When gabe newell found out about this he thought up the story that they hired him so valve could make the game themselves.
@filthy ofc, frozen throne was released in 2003, dota became a popular mod in 2004. But I meant that Icefrog came to be the developer in 2005

So he should know everything about this game right? I mean, that doesnt make you a great player, as he might lack the ability of making decisions and other things, but he still gotta be a really good DotA player right?
