You can probably get it higher if you stomp hard enough. I saw y0nd starting at 4.0k with an uncalibrated account and ended up at 4.9k average mmr in the eight game. Not sure at what mmr he calibrated at however.

ur prob. calibrated around 4k mmr ur not magically gonna get 8k mmr on your 10th win or something special.

so im in 10 tbd matches and my team average mmr was 4.3k in the first match i won the first match now I wanna now do i have a chance to calibrated more than 4.3 ? max mmr in my team was 4.5
