lens gives lots of manaregen considering he has 4.5 int gain, he got a good talent at lv15 and his ulti finally started giving vision which(along with massive mana deficit) imo was the main problem the hero was bad

Pugna is bad because he doesn't do anything well. You want a nuker? There are better heroes. A pusher? Better heroes. A support? MUCH better heroes. Nether Ward is really the only specialty he has. Also he dies in like two hits and he has to stand in one place to channel his ulti. I wish they changed the glyph/Nether Blast interaction. Back in Dota1, glyph gave the tower 10000 armor instead of making it immune. That means every hit would still deal one damage and Pugna blast still did full damage. It doesn't work that way anymore in Dota 2.
but what if i want a pushing nuker with teamfight presence, 75% uptime eblade and infinite sustain not only for himself but for his entire team as well?

He doesn't have infinite sustain though. Not even close. Yeah decrepify is nice but there is almost no team that won't have enough magic damage to take advantage of it. I don't even dislike the hero, but he definitely needs more HP.
he kinda does? aghs-bs is the best build on him rn imo(partially because it solves hp issues, on lv20 u sit at 2.2k hp which is more than most int mids, also u dont rly need any offensive items on top of aghs and mb dagon/hex so u can spend money on blinks and shit which helps too), with it u can heal yourself to full at pretty much any point in time(on creeps usually, but now that ult gives vision and u have stupid range with lens and 20 talent it should not be a problem to use it on enemy heroes), and same goes for allies, especially with talent on 25 which i think u should take 95% of the time.
idk im sure he is a lot better after this patch and he's super underrated, maybe im just getting too excited though

So basically Icefrog this time pushed me to my limits. First with the midas exp nerf and now with this (-20% gold+exp nerf on neutrals). I paid 750€ for a new monitor+pc for the sole purpose of enjoying my farming in the jungle and now it is all done for nothing. I think it's time for me to meet him in his office with some ballsy jungle-mobs from here. I have the money for the airplane tickets and the hotel stay, all i need to know if it's worth it to go to prison for this.
