It depends on the OD, if he is dumb then you can lane normally but if he knows what to do, he will zone you out and then there is nothing you can do beside waiting that the creeps push to your tower or stacking/killing neutral creeps in the jungle, same with Viper. You can't win this lane that's why you can try to do a gank on the other lanes or better keep farming your Bloodstone. You go Bloodstone because it's the only viable build now and OD can't steal your raw mana.
E: You want always keep a huge distance from OD, so when he comes you go back, sometimes you want to place a remnant when you walk back so he takes unnecessary damage while attempting to hit you
