I think tranqs don't break while orb walking, ie manually casting huskars fire spear. But I'm not 100% sure on that.

^ I think they used to not brake, but it was patched.

There's a strategy where you build tranquils, drop them where they can't snatch them from, and harass with lvl 4 spears at lvl 7, then go back and pick them up to heal, rinse and repeat. But honestly I think it's pretty bad as mostly you can just lifebreak and fill people with spears once you hit lvl 7, with a 0 4 2 1 build.

They are good for armor, you get 4 armor without using a slot.

Armor+ Movespeed. Sometimes u cant run up and ult people cause ur slow, tranquil solves. Better early, worse later.
