He seems like nothings changed, so he's probably still a solid option, they even found out timings to block the pull camp with your rocket, cause apparently the rocket counts as a unit during it's travel time through the camp just before the timer hits one minute, if that makes sense? Sorry, i'm not the most articulate person.

clock one of the few examples of wonderful innovative thinking from the hero developers.....really awesome hero
i dont think that the supports will shift from meta to meta...theyre always kind of constant....where im at around 1k mmr a good clock is a real pain in the ass
very tanky and capable of dealing out really surprising amounts of damage
only problem that i would say is that it doesnt have any inherent hero healing skills tho cogs is a decent escape mechanism for your carrys
