The in game MMR on your profile (where we get it from now) is cached so it doesn't update reliably after every game. :(

So I guess after a match it will go +-0/+-50/-75 or whatever.
you can "manually" refresh it after each game by putting something else there and then replacing it again with MMR. But that won't guarantee that dotabuff sees it for every match (latency is hard). It will be (probably) more recent than it currently is if you're grinding ranked games though.
