Tried searching on it and queue lasted 70 min before I switched back

Yeah the only downside is the queue time. Normal games take like 3-5mins while ranked there's no fucking telling if you're gonna get a game or not.

And i though japanese would play those stereotypical generic MMO's and dont care about competetive games like Dota and CS:GO including their competetive scene. Or just being outside all day everyday

I just noticed even if I que'd for japan server I sometimes play in Korean servers holy shiet. ;_;
