any kind of dot dmg over time, warlock's really good, viper but then you have viper on your team, silencer, bristleback's ok.
I see people use Venomancer in pro games, but I personally prefer Slark, cause if you have dust, and an early shadow blade, she's DEAD.
Dark Pact actually has tons of multiple damage instances, and pretty much removes her refraction (first skill) in half a second (not to mention your right clicks will be removing it as well. After that, she's pretty much fucked if you have dust, she won't be able to just meld, crit you, meld again, then crit you till you run away, she'll pretty much have to fight, and if you have shadow dance, it's a for sure kill. Dark Pact also removes her trap slow, so if you see her drop a trap, just dark pact before she even activates it, you'll slide right through it like butter, Slark also beats her late, so it's pretty good.

Jakiro is good provided he doesn't die.
Doom Ulti is cool.
Winning with TA is not that easy, she has a high solo potential but you need to snowball in fights with a cooperative team not to mention utilising that 5 sec BKB.
He's not the hardest late game carry. She kinda starts fading when she can't burst down enemies within seconds. So there's that. Pick a late game super hard carry and go 4-p-1 or just, you know, DoTs with loads of damage tick instances.
Batrider rapes her on lane but the problem with bat mid is that he falls of hard in midgame/lategame
ta is terrible when she has to break highground. even with 20 kills or so the ta's team might just get stuck and either slow siege you or get wiped over and over until ta's no longer that relevant
also i hate plaiyng against slark
and playing against armor or generally tanky lineups is a pain in the ass as well but you can still focus on blowing up supports i guess
just strong highground defense and stuff that makes ta not do damage or survive for long. you generally want to snowball with first aegis and go highgrounds with sconds aegis on ta.
is rapier a core item in late game?
and is going moonshard after deso daedalus (bkb) viable?
if you dont need heavy lockdown in your item build (hex/abyssal) or other optional stuff like mkb then rapier is good. i havent build moonshard ta yet though.
my experience might have little value, but i like moonshard a lot in those hg sieging situations or when it's difficult to kill someone without getting instantly blewn up in late game. it allows me to quickly dump all of my refraction bonus damage charges into person/tower and wait for next round
